We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform laboratory testing that supports healthcare professionals in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions. The technologist will process patient specimens, perform laboratory analyses, maintain equipment, document results, and follow established quality and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, nurses, laboratory supervisors, and other healthcare professionals. Accuracy, attention to detail, laboratory safety, and adherence to established procedures are essential for this role.

• Process and analyze clinical specimens.
• Perform laboratory tests according to established procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record and verify laboratory results.
• Follow quality-control procedures.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
• Identify and report unusual or problematic test results according to established protocols.
• Follow laboratory safety and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Keep laboratory equipment calibrated and maintained.

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Appropriate U.S. laboratory certification may be required depending on the role and state requirements.
