First Health of the Carolinas is seeking a skilled and compassionate CT/Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Montgomery Memorial Hospital. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated imaging professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic care. The technologist will perform both Computed Tomography (CT) and Radiology Fluoroscopy/Diagnostic procedures, supporting a wide range of patient care needs in a community-focused hospital setting.
Schedule: Full-Time, every Fri, Sat, and Sun. 745am-815pm
ResponsibilitiesCT Tech/Rad Tech Job Summary
- Perform high-quality CT and radiographic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Assist with CT Angiography procedures and other advanced imaging studies as needed.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation and flexible scheduling as required by department needs.
CT Tech/Rad Tech Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT Certification in Radiology is required.
- ARRT Certification in CT or CT registry eligibility is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in both CT and general radiology preferred.
- Experience with CT Angiography is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
