River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking afull-time and part-time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal carefor our residents.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER (RA/CNA/TMA)As aCaregiver at River Oaks of Minnesota, you are on thefront line, providingdirect care and medication management for our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents withdaily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs.
- Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Providingindividualized physical and mental supportto preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being.
- Performinglight housekeepingtasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Communicating residents' health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation.
You’ll go home each day feelingfulfilled and proudof the positive impactyou’ve made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER (RA/CNA/TMA)- 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionfor individuals with physical and mental health challenges
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with patient care, medication administration, orbasic medical terminology
