Ready to get to know your patients, provide one-on-one treatment, and still have a balanced schedule? Altitude Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care while maintaining a sustainable and fulfilling career.

Work that Prioritizes Patient Care
- We operate locally-owned clinics with a true one-on-one care model, meaning no double booking or overlapping patients
- We schedule full 60-minute sessions for every patient, every time
- We have reasonable caseload expectations - meaning 35 patients/week for full-time providers
- We promote a healthy work-life balance - providers use AI tools to save time on notes, and have paid time for documentation & communication
- A Collaborative Team Environment
- Opportunities to earn productivity-based bonus incentives
- Potential for promotion to a leadership role
- Access to recovery tools, cold plunge, and infrared sauna at our Sports Recovery Center
- Receive training & use of Class IV Laser therapy treatment
- Provide one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Emphasize long-term wellness and patient independence
- Utilize Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to support patient adherence between visits
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture

Graduation from a CAPTE accredited program
Eligible for Idaho physical therapy licensure
