What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you’ll lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while mentoring staff and helping children reach meaningful milestones.

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee implementation.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Coach families and caregivers on effective behavior strategies.
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB ethics and payer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for mentoring others and helping children succeed.
