As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight within one of several available programs serving adolescents, youth, adults, and individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will supervise and develop team members, facilitate treatment planning, monitor quality and compliance, support crisis response, coordinate care, and provide direct clinical services based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical services within an assigned behavioral health or substance use disorder program while promoting high-quality, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care
  • Mentor clinicians and program staff through clinical supervision, coaching, consultation, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Guide treatment planning, case consultation, diagnostic review, and clinical decision-making to support individualized care and positive outcomes
  • Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, based on program needs
  • Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, treatment reviews, diagnostic discussions, and interdisciplinary case consultations
  • Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, schools, referral sources, community organizations, and other partners to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Monitor service delivery, clinical appropriateness, caseloads, treatment progress, staffing coverage, and program performance
  • Review treatment plans, progress notes, clinical records, and other documentation for quality, accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
