ARAMARK seeks a Registered Dietitian to support Food & Beverage Operations within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will provide medical nutrition therapy, conduct patient assessments, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and collaborate with clinical and food service teams to align menus with therapeutic needs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You’ll educate patients, families, and staff, monitor outcomes, and contribute to wellness initiatives.

- Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients based on clinical assessments and physician referrals
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and food service teams to align menus with therapeutic needs and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for clinical nutrition and food service
- Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition, diet modifications, and wellness
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting nutrition interventions as needed
- Participate in quality improvement and wellness initiatives within the healthcare facility
- Support menu development and review for accuracy of diet orders and allergy management
- Contribute to staff training on nutrition, special diets, and food safety
- Uphold Aramark’s culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
- Medical nutrition therapy

- Menu planning for therapeutic diets
- Nutrition documentation in EMR
- Regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS)
- Food safety and sanitation
- Interdisciplinary care collaboration
- Patient and family education
- Data collection and outcome monitoring
- Time management and prioritization
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- State dietitian/nutritionist licensure (as required)
- Serv Safe or food safety certification (preferred)
- Clinical nutrition experience (preferred)
