OCH MOB/Quick Care - Hartford, KY 42347. Position Type: PRN. Job Shift: Days, including Holidays & Weekends.

• Provide quality patient care within our clinic as scheduled by department coordinator.
• Work in collaboration with physicians to manage care for patients.
• Performs assessment via observation, interview and examination.
• Prescribe medications or make recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation of assessment and patient care plan.
• Ensure effective communication skills and be able to advise and provide information to patients, caretakers, or family members as needed.
• Can pay attention to detail and accuracy of documentation of records.
• Has the ability to work in a high-volume caseload environment and deal effectively with rapidly changing priorities.
• Demonstrates evidence of effective organizational, leadership, communication, education, collaboration and counseling skills.
• Frequently accesses email to stay up to date on new information within the organization and to provide a means of communication between staff members.
• Performs all procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures of OCH and adheres to legal compliance policies and other regulatory issues.

• EDUCATION:
  
  Current licensure as an APRN
• PREVIOUS
  
  EXPERIENCE:
  
  1 year required but 2 years experience in clinic health preferred.
• OTHER REQUIREMENTS: CPR certification or willing to obtain within six months of hire.
