* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead and supervise the delivery of high-quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment services while ensuring positive client outcomes.
* Provide clinical leadership through case staffing, treatment planning consultation, diagnostic review meetings, and ongoing support to clinical team members.
* Conduct assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy services as needed to support program operations.
* Mentor, train, coach, and evaluate team members while promoting professional growth and maintaining supervision records and individualized development plans.
* Coordinate services with community agencies, referral sources, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure comprehensive client care.
* Monitor service delivery, client engagement, documentation quality, and productivity standards to ensure clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
* Review client records and quality indicators to maintain accreditation, licensing, and organizational standards while implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Develop and maintain program schedules that support client needs, service accessibility, and operational efficiency.
* Assist with budget monitoring, fiscal planning, service utilization review, and resource management activities.
* Ensure continuous program coverage through staffing coordination, scheduling, and approval of team member leave requests.
