The Variel at Woodland Hills is a premier, hospitality-driven assisted living and memory care community dedicated to providing exceptional care, comfort, and service to our residents.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers (Resident Care Associates) who take pride in making a meaningful difference every day. If you’re someone who brings heart, professionalism, and teamwork to your work - we want you on our team.

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide care with a strong focus on dignity, respect, and individuality
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to leadership
• Support medication assistance (as trained and permitted)
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry
• Follow care plans and support resident activities and engagement
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests

Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be available for weekend rotations. NOC shift team members must be able to remain alert and responsive throughout the shift.
