Job Description- Serves as the primary contributor and consultant to patient care and revenue cycle services in the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training, adoption and optimization in the integrated clinical information systems that support and enhance revenue cycle, clinical practice, administrative and management needs and patient outcomes.
- Acts as the principle training and optimization resource with clinical and operational knowledge and application education expertise to coordinate and provide support for all new and current applications and software upgrades applicable to the clinical and revenue cycle systems.
- Responsible for the assessment, planning, design, delivery and evaluation of all training efforts of clinical or revenue cycle applications.
- Position responsibilities also include reporting, optimization initiatives, and data analysis training to support operational efficiency, informed decision-making, and effective utilization of clinical and revenue cycle systems.
- Assists in the review of existing workflows and processes; works collaboratively with operational experts to define future state workflows of clinical or revenue cycle applications.
- Participates in system optimization efforts through analysis of workflow, performance, and reporting data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced end-user adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or related field and four years of technical education experience, with experience in education, staff development, or a clinical setting.
