Shower Aide - Full-Time
Warsaw Meadows Care Center | Warsaw, IN
Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Shower Aide to join our dedicated team. As a Shower Aide, you will play an important role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents by assisting with bathing, showering, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming while ensuring their safety, dignity, and privacy
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and caring environment
- Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with other care team members to support individualized resident care plans
- Participate in resident assessments and evaluations and report changes or concerns to the care team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care activities
- Must be a licensed CNA in the State of Indiana
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate approach to caring for seniors
- Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and comfort
- Full-time, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule
