Dietary Manager - Aspire Senior Living Joplin Full-Time Days

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team in Joplin, MO. Our Dietary Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. We are committed to being a premier resident-focused care provider through delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Manage and oversee the dietary department, including planning, organizing, and directing food service operations

• Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs to meet the needs of our residents

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and wait staff

• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food, supplies, and equipment

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care

• Experience in healthcare food service management

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Current Food Handler's Certification

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
