Pre-Licensed Compensation MatrixBase Salary: $35,568 (based on minimum 24 billable hours requirement)
Tier 1: 0-23.9 billable hours per week
- Base Salary + $20/hr (annual range of $35,568 - $60,000)
Tier 2: 24-26.9 billable hours per week
- Base Salary + $45.00/hr(annual range of $60,000 - $65,000)
Tier 3: 27+ billable hours per week
- Base Salary + $70.00/hr (annual range of $65,000 - $75,000)
Base Salary: $35,568 (based on minimum 24 billable hours requirement)
Tier 1: 0-23.9 billable hours per week
- Base Salary + $21.00/hr (annual range of $35,568 - $60,000)
Tier 2: 24-26.9 billable hours per week

Position SummaryThe Mental Health Professional plays a vital role in fulfilling Progress Valley’s mission of providing individualized care for the clients we serve. This position delivers outpatient mental health services that are compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice while supporting each client’s immediate and long-term treatment goals.
The Mental Health Clinic is open Monday through Friday and provides mental health services to clients currently receiving care at Progress Valley, as well as individuals from outside the organization. This role requires creativity, professional judgment, strong communication, ethical practice, and a commitment to providing care that treats people with dignity and respect.
