Site Director – Clinical Research | Las Vegas, NV

IMA Clinical Research is looking for an experienced Site Director to lead day-to-day operations at our Las Vegas site. You'll manage a team of Clinical Research Staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive the site's growth and performance.

• Supervise Clinical Research Staff and oversee daily site activities, including protocol feasibility, budgets, and study participant management
• Own study financials — budget oversight, income/expense tracking, and compliance reporting to leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor research staff; set performance goals and lead development of SOPs and operational tools
• Drive quality control initiatives, partner with leadership and HR on staffing issues, and conduct annual performance reviews

• Bachelor's degree
• Site-level clinical trial experience
• 2-5 years of site-level management experience
• Master's degree, RN, NP, or PA-C preferred
• SoCRA CCRP certification a plus

Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets.

Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
