About You

You are a healthcare technology product leader. You’ve spent years building or shaping solutions that operate inside real-world provider workflows—understanding how clinicians, front-desk staff, billing teams, and administrators actually get work done.

You’ve worked in or alongside EHR, practice management, patient engagement, or healthcare IT platforms in a product leadership capacity. You’ve translated messy operational realities into clear product requirements—and shipped solutions that integrate into existing systems and deliver measurable value.

You understand how independent physician practices, specialty clinics, multi-location provider groups and large healthcare orgs operate. You know where EHRs and practice management systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinical

Works, Next Gen, AdvancedMD, and others fit—and where they create friction.

You have a strong point of view on how AI is transforming healthcare—not as hype, but as applied workflow automation, intelligent assistance, and operational leverage. You are comfortable going deep into integration architecture, compliance constraints, and AI-driven workflow design.

You are commercially aware but product-led. You think in terms of platform scalability, extensibility, and long-term differentiation—not one-off features. You’re energized by building a vertical strategy within a product organization and shaping something that can become a category leader.

Experience in Unified Communications (UCaaS) or Contact Center (CCaaS) is a strong plus.

About The Role

We are seeking a Product Lead – Healthcare Solutions to lead the healthcare vertical within the Product organization. Reporting to the SVP of Product Management, this role is responsible for defining and driving the healthcare product strategy, roadmap priorities, and vertical platform capabilities.
