About the Role:As Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will provide occupational therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work closely with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving our patients' functional abilities and overall well-being. Your expertise will help our patients regain independence, confidence, and mobility, ultimately promoting their successful transition back to their community.
Responsibilities:- Assist occupational therapists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy interventions
- Provide occupational therapy treatments, including exercises, activities, and education
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
