As a Team Assistant, you'll gain exposure to diverse clinical settings while helping deliver an exceptional patient experience across UCLA Health's ambulatory network.

We're looking for a flexible, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll support patient flow from registration through discharge, collaborate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service, process prior authorizations and referrals, complete surgery scheduling tasks, assist in managing physicians' clinic appointments and surgery schedules, and gather necessary information for successful patient consultations. You'll also provide coverage across multiple practices based on staffing needs.

Travel to all UCLA Health Ambulatory Community Clinics throughout Southern California is required, and you must be physically present at assigned worksites. Assignment locations are based on operational needs and are subject to change.

Salary Range: $31.88 Hourly - $31.88 Hourly
