For many of our Registered Nurse roles, we welcome new graduate applicants. We're excited to share our starting pay rate fornew graduate registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour.

Our program is designed for new graduate Registered Nurses who are already licensed. You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences.

• You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks.
• You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years.
• After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice.
• Full Time: 36 hours per week
