ABOUT THE UNIT:

Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for providing excellent and compassionate customer service to the patients and their families. Provides excellent and compassionate customer service to patients inquiring by phone or in person about their accounts. Responsible for assuring that the patient understands their financial responsibilities by assisting with payment resolution consistent with MRMC policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year Related Healthcare Experience Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• 3 Years Customer Service, Data Entry and Collections Experience Preferred
