Current shifts available:
* Full-time-Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm (30 hrs/week)
* Part-time floater-Sat and Sun 8 hour shifts each day (16 hrs/week)
* PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary

Job duties include:
* Provide compassionate care and support for clients with intellectual disabilities.
* Help clients build independence and life skills.
* Lead fun weekend activities and community outings.
* Create a safe, positive, home-like environment.## Qualifications
** No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem!
** We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
** What we need from you:
*** Valid driver's license required
-We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair).
* Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
* Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
