Home Health Aide

We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. At Reliable Care, we connect qualified independent caregivers with clients who need quality in-home support and companionship.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or active CNA license

Ability to complete a Level 2 background screening

At least 1 Year of hands-on caregiving experience

Professional License, Caregiver Training Certificate

CPR Certification

Driver’s License or State

Social Security Card

Resume

TB Test (within the last year) or chest Xray (Within the last 5years)

Physical Exam or Health Statement

Required continuing education certificates from an elder affairs-approved CE provider, the agency will provide additional training as needed, and for all Direct Service Providers who choose to work with Medicaid Waiver Consumers
