Ignitus Recovery is a growing behavioral health organization providing residential and outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders at Cherry Hills Recovery and AIM Health in Boulder. This role offers a unique opportunity to help rebuild an exceptional outpatient treatment program at AIM Health, Boulder focused on treating young adults.

The clinician provides client-centered clinical services across outpatient levels of care (PHP, IOP). This role is responsible for assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, documentation, and coordination of care using a recovery oriented system of care in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach. Clinicians work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support client safety, engagement, and long-term recovery outcomes.

Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk screenings, and ASAM-aligned clinical evaluations

Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and clinical need

Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery, safety, and skill development

Facilitate scheduled clinical programming and maintain accurate attendance records

Complete all clinical documentation in the EHR/EMR within required time frames and regulatory standards

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with internal and external providers

Support discharge planning, aftercare recommendations, and continuity of care across levels of service
