*** is seeking a compassionate,
** Full-Time**,
** Resident Assistant
** to support residents in their Assisted Living community during the
** night shift (10p to 6a and 2pm to 10pm).

* * to apply as well. In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and committed to our mission of putting people first.
** Responsibilities
* ** Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Maintain a clean, safe living environment
* Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
* Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
* Assist with evening routines and preparation for bedtime
** Requirements
* ** Caregiving or senior care experience preferred
* STNA/CNA certification preferred but not required
* Compassionate and dependable with strong teamwork skills
* Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care
* Ability to work the full-time 6PM to 6AM or 2PM to 10PM shift
