Indirect - Administrative/Clerical/Customer Service

As the Contract Monitor Analystis responsible for overseeing the monitoringandevaluation of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards. The Contract Monitor will be the subject matter expert in contractual requirements both as it pertains to the agency internal provider and the external provider. This role involves detailed analysis of contract terms, conditions, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy, legality, and alignment with organizational policies.

The Contract Monitor Analyst integrates contract management, auditing, and coordination responsibilities toidentifyrisks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor’s degreein public administration, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration

Substitutions:An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including a High School Diploma/GED with a Paralegal Certificate and 2 years’ experience in a legal, compliance or administrative environment

:
Up to two (2) years of relevant experience

Defined Experience
:
Experience in contract development and negotiation, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, auditing, legal matters, data-driven project or program management, OR evaluation of program or project performance

License/

Certifications:

Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
