• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and other evidence-based interventions to support recovery.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, fall prevention, safe mobility techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress while communicating any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

• Passionate about helping individuals regain mobility and achieve their highest level of independence.
• A compassionate communicator who builds trusting relationships with patients and teammates.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong clinical observation and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently while remaining an active member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
