Earn between $21.02 - $26.59 hourly (depending on education and experience)

Cayuga Centers is actively seeking a compassionate Direct Care Coach passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). Using a person-centered and strength-based approach grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, our team empowers individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to choose their life goals, participate in their community, and enjoy meaningful activities tailored to their interests.

• Bring your support, acceptance, and joy to share each day
• Provide direct care, individual-specific programming, and supervision to one or more assigned individuals from the I/DD population
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals while supporting their personal needs, recreation, and socialization activities to meet the goals and objectives of the Service Plan
• Play a valuable role in establishing and sustaining an individualized program focus with communication and relationship building with caregivers and family members

• High School Diploma with one year of experience working with I/DD population
• Within a designated period after hiring, must obtain and maintain certification in OPWDD Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other…
