- Slidell is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Chalmette, LA. • Provide hands‑on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well‑being
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocols

• Active CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
• Previous experience in home health, long‑term care, or a similar caregiving setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a home care environment
