Summary:

** Compensation:
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $78.60–$94.32 per hour (midpoint to maximum), reflecting the experience expected for the RTT II level. Placement within the range will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable compensation practices.
Sign-On Bonus:
This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a two-year commitment: $5,000 following completion of the first year of employment and $5,000 following completion of the second year, subject to applicable taxes and the terms of the sign-on bonus agreement.
The Radiotherapy Technologist delivers safe, accurate, patient-centered radiation therapy in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription, approved treatment plan, departmental procedures, applicable regulatory requirements, and Marin Health standards. The role operates radiation therapy and simulation equipment, verifies treatment parameters and patient positioning, monitors patient response, maintains complete treatment documentation, participates in quality and safety activities, and collaborates closely with Radiation Oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, nursing, and other members of the care team.

The Radiotherapy Technologist is expected to demonstrate sound clinical judgment, timely escalation, technical accuracy, compassionate communication, and Marin Health C.A.R.E.S. behaviors in every patient and team interaction.

Associate degree from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
* Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy, healthcare, or a related field.

Two (2) or more years of Radiation Therapist experience in a progressive radiation oncology environment.
* New graduates who otherwise meet required education, licensure/certification, and demonstrated competency requirements may be considered based on department needs.
