Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

The Chief Prevention Officer owns the preventive-health strategy of Winixx Health. This leader designs programs that establish individual baselines, identify meaningful changes, promote early detection, and reduce the likelihood that preventable or detectable conditions progress unnoticed.

• Define the national preventive-health strategy
• Design preventive screening and health-assessment programs
• Develop risk-based rather than purely schedule-based prevention models
• Establish frameworks for baseline health assessment and longitudinal monitoring
• Work with Clinical & Medical Affairs to define clinically appropriate escalation pathways
• Develop population-health and prevention initiatives
• Establish prevention metrics and outcome measurements
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop patient education and preventive-health engagement strategies
• Coordinate prevention programs with technology, diagnostics, health centers, research, and care coordination
• Help establish what preventive healthcare should look like when continuous monitoring and periodic assessment work together

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of prevention, population health, health systems, or program design
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability
• Ability to translate public-health objectives into executable programs
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• MPH, MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent advanced education is strongly valued
• Direct executive prevention-program experience is not required
