Are you an experienced QMAP who loves the "small home" feel of Applewood Our House but enjoys a change of scenery? We are looking for a flexible, high-energy Float QMAP to support our various locations. If you are a dependable professional who can step into any of our households and provide seamless, compassionate care, we want you on our team.

Earn an additional $2.00 per hour on top of our standard rates for your flexibility and expertise. (For Float shifts only)

Compensation : $20.50 - $23.00 per hour (includes $2.00/hr float premium). Additional $1 per hour for overnight shift differential

Location :
Must be willing and able to travel to any Applewood Our House location .
All Homes located close together in Lakewood and Arvada.
Schedule :
Requires high flexibility to cover call-offs, open shifts, and staff PTO.
Medication Administration :
Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households.
Adaptable Care :
Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents.
Dementia Support :
Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
Vital Communication :
Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.
Certification :
Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.
Flexibility :
Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed.
Experience :
Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred.
Reliability :
Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.
