The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about skin health and aesthetics. You'll work closely with our providers to assist during
** general dermatology and cosmetic procedures**, manage clinical flow, and contribute to a supportive, welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a Medical Assistant training program
* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

**
* ** Previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred
*** Proficiency with
** electronic health record (EHR) systems
*** Bilingual (preferred) - ability to communicate with a diverse patient population
* Strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education
** Responsibilities:
*** Greet and prepare patients for
** dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures
*** Take
** vital signs**, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system
* Assist providers with procedures such as
** skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal**, and
** aesthetic services (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables)
*** Perform
** phlebotomy and specimen collection
** following sterilization and safety protocols
* Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care
* Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
* ** Travel between assigned practice locations
** as needed to provide coverage
* Deliver a
** concierge-level patient experience
** from start to finish
