Full-Time Client Care Scheduler

Comfort Keepers – Huntington Beach, CA

M – F 8:00am – 5pm - with rotational evening and weekend on-call responsibility

Comfort Keepers is seeking an organized, dependable Full-Time Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure consistent client coverage. This role is the key connection between our clients, caregivers, and office team and plays an important part in delivering exceptional care while Elevating the Human Spirit

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules.
• Match caregivers with clients based on needs, skills, availability, location, and compatibility.
• Fill open shifts and respond quickly to caregiver call-offs.
• Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Monitor unfilled shifts, overtime, availability, and continuity of care.
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and understand their scheduling preferences.
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiting and operations.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information in company systems.
• Help resolve scheduling concerns quickly and professionally.

• Scheduling, staffing, home care, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Home-care scheduling experience is a plus.
