• Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, resources, and staff schedules to ensure efficient and effective delivery of social services.

• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Experience: Proven experience in a social services or healthcare leadership role,
