Manager Clinical Research Support will oversee and manage the clinical support operations ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing and developing a multidisciplinary team of Lab Research Assistants, Clinical Research Assistants, Tissue Coordinators, Program Managers, Executive Support, Medical Assistants, and Front Desk Coordinators and for optimizing workflows.
This position is onsite at our Dallas, TX clinic. Relocation assistance is not available.

• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management for Lab Research Assistants, Clinical Research Assistants, Tissue Coordinators, and Program Manager, Executive Support staff, Medical Assistants, and Front Desk Coordinators.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of clinical support including biospecimen collection, processing, shipping, and documentation in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and oversee the collection of vital signs, ECGs, and laboratory specimens, ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality throughout all clinic and research activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental SOPs, work instructions, and ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory guidelines

• Associate's degree in clinical research, healthcare, or related field obtained, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years' work experience in clinical trial operations, including regulatory, safety, and biospecimen management requirements
• Expertise focused in GCP, GLP, HIPAA, OSHA, and IATA regulations
• Experience in research protocol interpretation and clinical trial management systems
• Advanced experience in all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint as well as EMR experience
• Strong proficiency in clinical trial databases, electronic data capture needed
• Experience adapting to a rapidly changing clinical and research environment as well as prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
