Position: Customer Service Rep.
Location: Owingsville

Position Overview

Salary Range: $29,250 – $32,906 annually

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the Pathways Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Post daily schedules and verify/audit documentation for billing accuracy.
• Set up client guarantors and run the client charge input log on a daily basis.
• Review reports and make corrections as identified.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined in the current job description.

Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in general office procedures, including typing, filing, and related administrative tasks.
• Computer experience required.
• Knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with medical records.
• Previous experience in a medical or general office setting.
