Overview The manager is accountable for daily operations, planning, coordinating, and managing the activities of the professional, and support staff of the inpatient, the ambulatory and the non-sterile and sterile production divisions of the CHAM Pediatric pharmacy department.Responsibilities
- The individual manager is also responsible for reviewing staff time and attendance, adhering to pharmacy practice regulations, following-up on drug
-related problems, conducting quality improvements reviews, training of professional and supportive staff and implementing administrative and clinical procedures and CHAM IV room 797 compliance. - Other activities include project management, budgeting, compliance with policies and procedures, accreditation requirements and regulations and medication safety.
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Must have a valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
- Completion of a PGY 1 is preferred.
- Three-five years' experience is a similar role.
