* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead clinical oversight of client and patient care, ensuring the delivery of quality services that align with program standards.
* Facilitate clinical case staffing, team meetings, and diagnostic disposition discussions to support effective service delivery.
* Provide supervision and mentorship to team members, identifying strengths, addressing weaknesses, and ensuring professional growth.
* Conduct regular record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency quality improvement indicators.
* Maintain a small caseload, including conducting intakes and providing individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
* Develop and monitor program schedules, budgets, and fiscal projections to align with organizational goals.
* Coordinate services with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients and their families.
* Respond to crisis situations, providing guidance and support while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
* Oversee program environments, including safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement by participating in quality management initiatives and implementing corrective actions as needed.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

*** Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment; OR
* Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in behavioral health or substance use disorders and two (2) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment; OR
* Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board or applicable state board with four (4) years of professional experience in the field of substance use disorder…
