Full-Time | $45,000-$57,000 + Bonus Opportunities

Provide compassionate, recovery-focused care that helps individuals and families overcome mental health and substance use challenges. You'll play a vital role in guiding clients toward stability, healing, and long-term success. In addition to therapy, this role will support the Nassau County courts!

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with resources
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and insurance requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Florida-licensed, license-eligible, or certified in mental health/addictions
• Ability to pass Level II Background, MVR, and Drug-Free Workplace screenings

• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings

• High-quality, client-centered care and positive treatment outcomes
• Strong engagement and trust with clients and families
• Timely, accurate documentation and compliance
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and community partners
