The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides guidance and supervision to clinical team members, facilitates treatment planning and case consultations, monitors quality standards, coordinates community partnerships, and supports continuous program improvement.

· Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members through regular supervision, performance evaluations, training plans, and professional development opportunities.
· Facilitate clinical case staffing meetings, diagnostic disposition meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions to support effective treatment planning and service delivery.
· Provide direct clinical services including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy based upon program and client needs.
· Collaborate with healthcare providers, referral sources, community partners, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and support positive client outcomes.
