We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent patient interaction skills, and the ability to perform blood draws efficiently and safely.

• Perform safe and accurate blood draws.
• Verify patient identity and laboratory orders.
• Label, process, store, and prepare specimens for pickup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Follow infection-control and blood borne-pathogen precautions.
• Maintain a clean and properly stocked collection area.
• Provide calm, respectful support to patients.
• Report unsuccessful collections, refusals, or safety concerns to clinical staff.

• Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a phlebotomist.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
