Job description
Fantastic member in Merrill, WI is seeking to hire a Home Care Provider. This role has scheduled hours and on call and will work as needed to assist, member with personal care, support and housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Assist member with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well‑being of the member
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with mobility including heavy lifting/pushing and pulling when necessary throughout the home
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for member by performing housekeeping duties and laundry and linen changes
Preferred Candidate Qualities:
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care is highly preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills to build a trusting rapport/relationship with the member
Requirements:Must be reliable and have dependable transportation to get to and from the job
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
A background check is required before employment can begin
Schedule:On call for day and evening shifts as needed
Wage:Starting at $19.82 per hour
