Sharon Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Caregiver to join our team in Sharon, PA. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide non-medical care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Support clients with mobility issues through transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or nurse
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families by providing empathetic and understanding care

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Availability to work _AND_FULL_TIME schedule, including weekends and holidays
