Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Technology Utilization:
Use remote monitoring tools and healthcare platforms to facilitate efficient and effective virtual care.
2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or in a related clinical support role. Strong communication and patient interaction skills. Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems preferred.
Degree/Certification:Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent credential.
