Regional Director of Perfusion

Keystone Perfusion Services seeks an experienced, board-certified perfusionist for a newly created Regional Director role overseeing perfusion operations across multiple sites in Upstate New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania, with room to grow as the region expands. This is a working leadership role: you'll maintain an active clinical practice and share call responsibilities while providing operational oversight, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership across a multi-site region.

You'll lead and mentor on-site perfusionists, partner with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing leadership, and ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Compensation includes $250,000/year, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $5,000 relocation assistance, 401(k) with 4% match, health/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, 200 hours PTO, and CME reimbursement. The region offers excellent quality of life with easy access to the Adirondacks, Berkshires, Vermont, and NYC.

• Master's degree required. Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program. Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
• New York State Perfusion License (or eligibility to obtain)
• AHA or Red Cross BLS Certification (healthcare provider)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical perfusion setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, surgical teams, and administrative stakeholders
• Proven ability to build team cohesion and model professional standards in a high-stakes environment.
