This includes employing strategic management in the development of clinic goals and providing guidance and direction to employees.

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Employ strategic management in the development and attainment of clinic operational and financial goals.
* Manage all employee relations at the clinic level related to scheduling, staffing needs, hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, pay increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and compliance.
* Manage all day-to-day clinic operations in compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws, OSHA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and all of Spooner’s policies and procedures.
* Engage in collaborative work and employ excellent communication with all Spooner team members, including clinic staff, administrative and leadership team, as well as external stakeholders (physicians, community members, patients, vendors, job candidates, etc.)
* Drive clinic marketing and public relations activities in order to support patient care, develop business relationships, and promote community awareness of the clinic and the organization.
