** What You’ll Do
*** Support in-home palliative and wound care visits
* Take vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks, including wound care
* Set up and support telehealth visits with providers
* Observe and report changes in patient condition
* Document care accurately in the EMR
* Educate and support patients and caregivers as directed
* Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
* Travel to patient homes and work with an interdisciplinary team
** What You’ll Bring
*** Medical Assistant training; CPR/BLS required (certification preferred)
* 1+ year of MA experience, ideally in home health, primary care, or wound care
* Strong clinical, observation, and communication skills
* Comfort with technology and telehealth
* Ability to work independently in home settings
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach
* Reliable transportation and flexibility
