Nephrology APP (APRN/PA-C) | No Night Call | Advent Health Palm Coast

Advent Health Medical Group is seeking a Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our team in Palm Coast, Florida.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinically confident, patient-focused APP who is comfortable working across acute and chronic care settings, including hospital rounds and outpatient clinics. The practice also includes dialysis unit coverage, multiple outpatient clinic locations, and hospital affiliations. Well-organized administrative and clinical support allows physicians and APPs to focus on patient care rather than operational burdens.

• Initial outpatient clinic schedule:
  Wednesdays and Thursdays
• Expected outpatient clinic volume: approximately 6-8 patients per day
• Hospital rounding responsibilities
• Dialysis unit coverage
• Shared call coverage with the physician
• No overnight call required
• Dedicated administrative and clinical support

• APRN or PA-C with strong clinical competence and judgment
• Ability to order, interpret, and act on diagnostic testing
• Patient- and family-centered approach to care
• Comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions
