Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to join our Community Support Team and provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health needs.#

Position Summary:

The CST Qualified Professional works as part of a team to plan, coordinate, and monitor services, ensuring continuity and quality care for persons served.#

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and monitor person-centered plans.
* Provide supportive counseling and crisis management.
* Assist with vocational, housing, and other basic needs.
* Document services accurately in the information system.
* Participate in team meetings and clinical training events.#

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of experience with the mental health population.
• Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.# Benefits:
