Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. No experience necessary – full training provided.

• Compassionate and caring nature
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Valid DBS check (we can arrange)
• The right to work in the UK without the need of a visa or sponsorship
• Access to a vehicle and valid UK driving license

Lead care delivery and mentor junior staff while providing high-quality care to clients.

• Previous care experience preferred
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Provide clinical oversight and develop care plans for clients with complex needs.

They have worked hard to produce a robust and informative induction package so staff feel welcomed and supported. Benefits include contracted hours so you get paid per shift not per client.

You are positively encouraged to develop professionally, with support through NVQ level 2 and 3 available.

Lapis is owned and managed by two nurses whose vision right from the start has been to change the face of domiciliary care and provide the best service. We get to know our clients really well and everything is person centred. On a Friday the management get in their cars and deliver fish and chips to any client that wants them.
